The Loft at Sailor’s Retreat
About this place
Come spend a few days in our cozy efficiency barn apartment overlooking the water. There is a Queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a country kitchen with everything at your fingertips. Enjoy the views from the balcony or feel free to use our kayaks or paddle boards to explore the creek more closely. Even if it rains, you have a full game room just below your loft apartment. Full use of the swimming pool, yard games and watercraft are included.
The space
This is a roughly 1200 square foot Efficiency apartment. This is an open floor plan with no walls separating sleeping spaces but privacy screens are provided.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the swimming pool, kayaks, game room, fire pit, dock and grounds.

About this place
Come enjoy a tranquil weekend on our private property along the picturesque Fishing Creek. Guests are encouraged to use all of our amenities; which include a pool (April - Oct.), paddle boards and kayaks, and our full game room with ping pong, billiards and air hockey tables. Evenings might include a game of corn hole or time around the fire pit. You're welcome to fish or crab off the dock. Boat launch on site if you bring your own water craft. Can pair with our Pineapple Room for 4 people.
The space
Spacious upper level bedroom with king bed, private bath, walk in closet, WIFI and television. Galley kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven. Private entrance and plenty of parking. Bikes can be stored in the barn. Use of washer/dryer. Second room (Sailor's Retreat, Pineapple Room) available for two more guests! Check separate listing.
Guest access
Plenty of parking available on the property. Entrance to the upstairs bedroom is accessible through the screened porch off the back of the home with your own door code. Use of the barn game room, pool, dock, fire pit, watercraft and outdoor games.
During your stay
Owners live in the lower level of the home and the Captain's Quarters suite is on the second level, but will allow you all of the privacy you prefer.

Enjoy a tranquil setting along the banks of Fishing Creek in this charming bedroom suite with views of the water out back and a view of our big red barn and pool out front. You have use of the galley kitchen, screened porch, pool, water craft, dock, fire-pit and full game room in the barn. Can pair this listing with our Captain's Quarters for a group of 4 guests. Our home is a quarter mile off the road, so it is peaceful and relaxing.The space

Your private suite is on the second level of the home, but you will have use of the entire property including the pool ( seasonal) water craft, dock, boat ramp, fire pit, game room and yard.
